Ty Ty Nursery has a long standing now if not treating customers, well… like customers! Like valued customers, but they forget – without customers, they wouldn’t be able to exist! That’s a fact jack! We have seen many others who have had horrible experiences with them, or similar experiences to even we have had ourselves personally. They refused to really offer anything to help besides get the original pack and packing and the sticks “trees” then mail them back for a replacement, or maybe a credit to order something else from them. LOL in other words, once you give them your money, you ain’t getting it back!

If you are considering buying from an online nursery, make sure to read their reviews first, maybe even reach out to the businesses support and see how they treat you, how quick they respond, and how much they want to help you. Some google searches can show you really if a business is good or crappy. Sure, businesses do get bad ratings, every business does, but when you have as many or more bad ones than good ones, something is definitely wrong! We are going to add some screenshots here of just a few of the recent reviews this website has received on just their google business profile alone, I wish I had seen all the reviews before I had ordered, because my experience was horrible as I mentioned earlier. Dry, dead tree in a plastic bag with nothing around the roots, nothing in the bag at all but the trees stapled in the bag, like it’s some kind of prank? It literally looks like trash, if I seen the package it comes in, in a trash can, I wouldn’t think twice, it looks like trash and the product is trash. I wouldn’t be surprised if some of the employees send out products that are already dead before they are even sent. Pathetic!
